Statistics prove that church attendance in this country is on a continual decline, especially among people under 30. If “God is love” and “Jesus is the light of the world” and the church is “the body of Christ,” then why are so many people walking away?
Join us this Sunday as we start a 5 week series called, “Why I don’t like church.” We will consider the reasons people give for leaving or for staying away from church. Most important, we will look into God’s word for guidance and insight about how we can recognize, acknowledge and eliminate barriers, real or imagined, between the church and the world that needs God’s love.
